SHIPPING POLICY

At Little Charlie's Co. we understand the importance of fast and reliable shipping to our customer base. That's why we ship directly from our shop in Orlando, FL right here in the USA. Providing all of our customers with the most efficient shipping options available.

We use sustainable packaging materials that are biodegradable/recyclable to help reduce our carbon footprint and still bring you your Little Charlie's Co. items safely!  

In-stock Items:

These products will be processed in 2-3 business days and shipped out within 2-3 business days of the purchase being completed. Most customers (depending on location and carrier option), receive their items within 5-7 business days! If you are local to Orlando, checkout will give you a local delivery option for a small fee!

Costs:

Shipping is dependent on the physical addresses located in the United States.

No Responsibility for Loss, Theft, or Damage:

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged products due to actions or inactions attributable to shipping services, postal services, or, other third parties whose actions or inactions are outside of our control once a product has been shipped. Please contact your carrier for further questions. If you believe your package has been stolen, please file a police report with your local law enforcement.

Track Your Package

Once your package has been shipped Shopify and or "SHOP" will email you with your shipping information. Feel free to track your items through your SHOP app or through your tracking # directly on the carriers website to stay up-to-date on where your items are!

Shipping Options, Time Frames, & Costs

Processing time includes order verification, quality check, packaging, and transit to carrier. Delivery times are an estimate and are not guaranteed. Please be advised that carrier transit times do not include processing times, weekends, or holidays.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We are not responsible for products that were shipped to an invalid or incorrect mailing address. If a package is returned to our shop due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked unclaimed, return to sender, or not deliverable, or any other reason by the carrier, we will notify you via the email provided at checkout. Your order will be refunded to the original payment method minus all shipping charges and an $8 undeliverable fee. Shipping will not be refunded on any invalid or incorrect address returns, RTS, or any other marked reason. Please place a new order with the correct information if you would like your order resent.
