Lost, stolen, or damaged package?

Take photos of any damaged packaging and items and keep any damaged packaging for insurance claims. You may file a claim with the carrier if coverage is available. Insurance for your package may be purchased at checkout if applicable. If you believe your package was stolen please contact your local law enforcement. I would like to make an exchange/return; how do I do this?

Due to the nature of our shop, we do NOT accept returns or refunds as once we ship out the items to the customer, they are not deemed sanitary to sell. Please review your cart before purchasing from our shop to make sure it's items you are committing to purchase. If an item arrives broken, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and email us at info@littlecharliesco.com as we do our best to assist our customers in any way we can!

My package says delivered, but it's not here, what do I do?

Please allow 2-3 business days for packages to arrive at your doorstep after they have been marked delivered. If the package does not show up, we recommend calling your local post office or UPS and asking for them to GEO track the exact drop off location. Please check with any neighbors or household members that may have received the package on your behalf. If you believe your package has been stolen, please contact your local law enforcement to file a police report.

I received a gift and would like to return it, how can I do this?

Unfortunately as per our policy, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Due to the nature of our shop, once we ship out items to the customer, they are no longer deemed sanitary to sell. We suggest if it's an item you no longer want to keep, that you recycle or re-gift it to a beloved friend or family member!
