REFUND POLICY

Making sure our customers are happy is our top priority! Please review our return policy below.

Please be advised that orders cannot be cancelled after checkout. Once an order is placed it goes directly into processing and we prepare it for packaging and shipping.

RETURN POLICY:

Due to the nature of the product(s) in our shop being hair accessories/tools, we unfortunately CANNOT accept exchanges or returns once it is shipped to the customer as we wouldn't be able to resell it. The same goes for exchanges, so please review your cart and make sure everything is exactly what you want before purchasing. IF an item happens to arrive broken while in transit *(we always send out items well packaged and in perfect condition, we are not responsible for broken items while in transit, please purchase insurance for your items at checkout to be reimbursed by the carrier responsible for transporting your items)*, we advise you to contact the carrier to file a claim and we always suggest you purchase insurance at checkout to make sure your items are covered! Please also email us at info@littlecharliesco.com so we can be made aware! Gift cards/codes cannot be refunded. 

*Please note, items that you send back to use will NOT be issued a refund of any monetary value. Please read our return policy above. If you try to send back any purchased items, they will be discarded as we cannot resell them. We suggest you either recycle unwanted items or gift them to a beloved friend or family member! Little Charlie's Co. is not responsible for the cost returned items.

SHIPPING:

Little Charlie's Co. LLC will not be held responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address as provided by the buyer. Please see our Shipping Policy for further details. We strongly recommend the purchase of package insurance at checkout.

We take great pride in curating beautiful high quality accessories that lasts during normal wear. In the rare occasion there is a faulty item, please contact us at info@littlecharliesco.com within 2 business days of receiving your items. Please include your order number, detailed photos, and description of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and will work to resolve the issue on a case by case basis. We are not to be held responsible for accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use.
